Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for transactions made on Talk2Me (talk2me.bio), operated by Logique Labs, Inc. (“Talk2Me,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Talk2Me is a platform that enables content creators (“Creators”) to connect with their audience (“Buyers”) through paid Q&A interactions.
Talk2Me provides the technology and payment facilitation via Stripe Connect. Each Creator is the merchant of record for their transactions with Buyers. Refunds are processed automatically by Stripe on behalf of the Creator in the limited cases described below.
1. Overview
Talk2Me is a marketplace where Buyers pay Creators to answer questions. Refunds are limited and only provided in the specific circumstances outlined below. Once a Creator has answered a question, the service is considered delivered and refunds are no longer available.
2. When Refunds Apply
Refunds are automatically triggered in the following case(s):
- Unanswered Question: If a Buyer submits a question but the Creator does not respond within 72 hours of payment, the transaction is automatically canceled and refunded by Stripe on behalf of the Creator.
Note: Our system performs payment reconciliation on an hourly basis. As a result, the actual refund may occur between 72 hours 0 minutes and 72 hours 59 minutes after payment or submission.
3. When Refunds Do Not Apply
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Once a Creator has submitted an answer, regardless of Buyer satisfaction.
- If the Buyer is dissatisfied with the content of the answer (quality, tone, or usefulness).
- For technical issues outside of Talk2Me’s control (e.g., Buyer’s internet or device issues).
- Any situation not explicitly covered under Section 2.
Talk2Me may, at its sole discretion, facilitate refunds in exceptional circumstances, but is not obligated to do so.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are processed by Stripe directly from the Creator’s connected account to the Buyer’s original payment method.
- Talk2Me does not handle Buyer funds and does not issue refunds directly.
- Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Refunds cannot be redirected to alternative payment methods or accounts.
5. Timeframe for Refunds
Refund processing times are determined by Stripe and the Buyer’s financial institution. Talk2Me does not control these timelines. Buyers should expect refund completion to take several business days, depending on their bank or card issuer.
6. Governing Law / Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes relating to refunds or payment issues will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms & Conditions.
EU/UK Consumers: By requesting performance during the 14-day period and receiving the Answer within 72 hours, you acknowledge and agree that the statutory withdrawal right for digital content/services no longer applies once the Answer is delivered.
7. Chargebacks & Abuse
If a Buyer initiates a chargeback after a Creator has delivered an Answer, Stripe may reverse the charge from the Creator’s connected account (including processor fees). Talk2Me may provide supporting evidence to contest the chargeback but is not responsible for the outcome. Accounts engaging in suspected refund or chargeback abuse may be suspended or terminated.

Note: Talk2Me is not the merchant of record for any transaction and does not hold customer funds. Refunds and payment reversals are handled directly by Stripe through the Creator’s connected account in accordance with Stripe’s policies.
