Talk2Me (talk2me.bio) is operated by Logique Labs, Inc. (“Talk2Me,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use Talk2Me.

1. Introduction

Talk2Me is a global marketplace where content creators can answer paid questions from their audience. To provide our services, we collect limited personal information and rely on trusted third parties such as Stripe and Vercel.

We also use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel as described below and operate a newsletter/lead‑magnet program with opt‑in consent where required.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the Platform:

Email address: Collected from both Buyers and Creators to manage accounts, send notifications, and provide support.

We do not collect or store payment details or personal identification information required for Creator payouts. Those are collected and processed directly by Stripe Connect, including:

Full name
Date of birth
Address
Bank details
Business or tax information

Account & Transaction Metadata: purchase timestamps and amounts, question/answer delivery status, and the Creator’s Stripe account ID.

User Content: Questions and Answers may contain personal information you choose to include; do not include sensitive data.

Device/Usage Data & Cookies: we collect log data and use cookies or similar technologies for (i) strictly necessary operations, (ii) analytics via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and (iii) advertising/measurement via the Meta Pixel. GA4 does not log or store IP addresses by default, but GA4 and the Meta Pixel are treated as tracking technologies and are subject to consent/opt‑out requirements as described below.

3. How We Use Information

We use your email and related information to:

Provide and operate our services.
Process transactions and payouts via Stripe.
Enforce our Terms & Conditions and community guidelines.
Communicate with you about your account, questions, and platform updates.
Improve platform performance and user experience.

Analytics: to measure usage and improve features (including GA4’s regional privacy controls).

Marketing: to send newsletters and product updates with your consent (or as otherwise permitted by law); each email includes an unsubscribe link.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate the Platform:

Stripe: To process payments, refunds, and Creator payouts. Stripe may require sensitive personal and financial data. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy for details.
Vercel: Used for website hosting and analytics. No personal information such as email addresses is shared with Vercel.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or if necessary to protect our rights and the safety of users.
Analytics/Advertising Partners: We share limited online identifiers and event data with Google (GA4) and Meta (Meta Pixel) for measurement and, where enabled, advertising; your choices (consent/opt‑out) apply. In some U.S. jurisdictions (e.g., California), such disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email and account information for as long as your account is active.
If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your email, except where retention is required for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.
Transaction and accounting records may be retained for up to seven (7) years to meet tax, bookkeeping, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

6. User Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the following rights:

Access: Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information.
Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information.
Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

U.S. State Privacy (e.g., CA): you may also have the right to opt out of “sale”/“sharing” for targeted advertising. We provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required.

7. Security Measures

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for safeguarding their own account credentials.

8. Children’s Privacy

Talk2Me is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

9. International Users

Talk2Me operates globally but is incorporated in Delaware, United States. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where applicable, we rely on the EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA/UK transfers and implement additional safeguards as needed.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on our website. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated policy.

11. Cookies & Controls

EU/UK: we obtain opt‑in consent before setting non‑essential cookies (including GA4 and Meta Pixel); you can withdraw consent any time via Cookie Settings.

U.S.: you may opt out of targeted advertising via the “Do Not Sell/Share” link or Cookie Settings; we honor GPC signals where required.
